The solution
We took a step back.
The solution came from analysing not only the data, but the systems, the strategy and brand position alignments. From there determined the outcomes we wanted to achieve and implemented the following across these 4 dimensions.

I identified these and we started to build, connecting social media to marketing to ad spend
